MONOMATIC is a compact single-block unit which fills,
corks, caps and labels (back and front)round glass bottles of 50-85
mm in diameter and 180-350 mm in height all automatically.
The machine works by steps and moves on automatically after having
completed each operation.
There are 8 terminals, including those for loading and unloading,
all of which are managed by the PLC. The machine is
programmed through a TOUCH SCREEN where various fields of
data can be visualized. Among others, these include actual hourly production and
production quantities. Any of the terminals can be
deactivated through the easy video controls. All the programming
can be carried out simply and without the need for manual
adjustment. The machines hourly production varies according
to the shape of the bottle (see photo 2 above), to a maximum of 800
bottles per hour.
Filling is carried out by creating a vacuum in the bottle,
therefore the filler with 2 spouts and adjustable level, will fill
both dense and fluid liquids in the same way, such as wine and
olive oil.
MONOMATIC is extremely versatile and can in fact be fitted
with various types of CORKER; with smooth caps with vacuum
attachment for use pre-corking; with attachment for injecting gas;
with screw caps and special caps in silicone, cork or plastic.
Once the CORKING process is complete the machine starts
CAPPING (with heat-sealing caps or in alluminium). Following
this, the caps either pass through a HEAT SEALER or the go
through the LABELLING ROLLERS.
The machine can also be fitted with a labeller to apply the
DOCG neck label.
On the label itself can also cold print the LOT No using a
small etching labeller.
Several types of
Labellers can be fitted into the machine (see photo 7). The
standard type applies front and back labels and a second roll is
required. The machine can also be fitted with a third
labeller to apply the DOCG neck label. A special version is
available for square bottles, fitted with a linear labeller for one
or two labels. Monomatic is a compact
single-block unit made up of:

The machine is fitted with a detachable cap dispenser, which
automates the process.
