The relationship between water use and yielding!
Without water not much would grow successfully, especially here in Australia, labelled as the driest continent on Earth!
Over time and in different industries many would not be able to yield commercial quantities of fruit without the efficient use of water.
If we look at our own lives, water alone is the single most valuable source to our existence. Imagine, if you were the plant waiting to be watered.
Underwatering means that nutrients normally available to the plant cannot be utilised, as efficiently or not at all, compared to when there is sufficient water available for the plant to use (when it is needed by the plant). In some neglected gardens, it is not wonder why some plants can continue to struggle if water stress is the contributing factor.
Our water usage for production, especially for edible plants should not be underestimated!
